Billing
- Billing Rate – $6.25 per minute ($62.50 minimum)
- Must use the 864.297.7086 help lines (an additional $4.25 charge per call will be added if the 800 line is used). The 800 lines are reserved for Platinum Service Support Subscribers.
- Must have credit card in hand – In order to receive a return call, must state in the voice mail message that you have a credit card in hand.
Hours and Response Time
- Response could take up to 36-business hours or longer. Non-service calls are taken in the order in which they are received after Platinum Service Support Subscribers are handled.
- Non-service call-in hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET Monday – Thursday and Friday 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Non-support Download Guidelines
Upon receipt of payment, you will have *23 hours to download the update from Platinum Service Downloads. This access will be available no later than 9:00 AM (ET) on the next business day after receipt of payment. Non-support access will be removed at 8:00 AM on the second business day after receipt of payment.
If help is needed for download or installation, regular non-support rates apply.
* If you are unable to download within the 23 hour period, you can be re-instated for an additional $50 (23 hours).
